At approximately 6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 17, the West Fargo Police Department stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. During the traffic stop, officers identified a passenger with possible outstanding warrants. Upon further investigation, officers determined that one of the passengers had an extraditable felony warrant from 1991 in Burleigh County for gross sexual imposition of a minor.
